What types of homes are being built in Easthaven?
As the exclusive homebuilder for Easthaven, Anthem will be building laned and front drive homes, with a variety of floorplans and options available, ranging in size from 1,260 square feet to 2,200+ square feet.
What amenities will Easthaven have?
Easthaven has a 27-acre environmental reserve on the community’s east side, surrounded by multi-use pathways and trails. In the near future, Easthaven will be outfitted with a playground, a nine-hole disc golf course, a pump track and a skating rink for residents to enjoy – all located on the future school site in the heart of the community.
Does my property come with any trees or landscaping?
Anthem provides a set of architectural guidelines that each resident should follow to ensure the community looks great. The neighbourhood landscaping includes natural environmental reserve spaces around the community, along with mature trees and other types of greenery. Who maintains the neighbourhood streets, parks and green spaces?
Anthem controls neighbourhood maintenance until the completion of a community’s stage, usually one to two years from the start of construction. After that, Anthem will turn responsibility over to the City of Grande Prairie, which will maintain streets and park spaces and provide other essential municipal services for Easthaven. Residents are responsible for maintaining the walks and boulevards in front of their homes (snow clearing and cutting the grass).
Does Easthaven have a Homeowner Association (HOA)?
Easthaven does not have a Residents’ Association or HOA. We feel that any funds that may have come from residents’ annual fees would be better enjoyed by being used in the city of Grande Prairie or reinvested into your home as you see fit.
